FCC May Restrict Exclusive Handset Deals

An article in PC World reveals that the FCC may be making steps to prevent exclusive handset deals between hardware manufacturers and cellular providers. Who do these guys think they are? If you don't like the fact that AT&T doesn't let you utilize all the new features on your iPwn 3G S then don't buy one! If you have read any of my other posts, you probably realize that I am a big free market capitalist. Companies provide products and decide how to market them; if you don't like the product or the restrictions imposed on it - don't buy it! It's really freakin' simple.

If you can't live without X product, then start a company and create your own. But NO, all you whiners are too fucking lazy to go out and do anything about it. Instead you want the government to step in an make everyone "play nice".

Grow up and handle your own problems.
